How to do Mulitiple Registrations

To register multiple people on the same credit card, you will add each person seperately, and then pay for everyone at the end. At the end of each registration you will be given the option to either add another person or complete the transaction.

Things to Keep in Mind:

• You must specify a username and password for each participant. This will enable each participant to access his or her "My Race HQ" page. Remember to tell your participants what their usernames and passwords are.
• You must create a team before you can add anyone to that team. For example, you should register a team like this.
  1. Create a Team, and fill out your personal information as team captain.
  2. Join Team Member 1 to your team
  3. Join Team Member 2 to your team
  4. Join Team Member 3 to your team
  5. Complete Transaction by paying for all the registrations.

Step By Step Process:

1. Click one of the participation types to begin. If you want to captain a team, you must create the team before you can add any participants to the team. In that case, you should choose "Create a Team" first.
   
2. Read the release waiver statement, and choose agree to continue.
3. If you are creating a team, then specify a team name and goal. If not, then continue to step 4.
4. Fill out the participant's information. If you just created a team, then you are now filling out your own participant information as the team captain.
5. Once you are finished filling out the information, you will be given the option to either add another person, or complete the transaction. Click the appropriate choice.
   
6. To join a participant to your team, you will select "Join a Team" this time, instead of "Create a Team."
7. Repeat this process until you have added each person, and then click "Complete Transaction" to pay for all participants you entered.
